Narcissism is a complex personality disorder. Those affected overestimate their abilities and exaggerate their successes. The word narcissism is used colloquially for people who are self-absorbed, perceive themselves as more important than others and are arrogant. Narcissism has many different facets and manifestations. This series of photographs illustrates a common combination of narcissistic traits.
